This full-time, onsite legal internship takes place at a digital trust and background verification company based in Gurugram. The position is designed for an individual interested in working at the intersection of technology, commercial law, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced business environment. Selected candidates will assist the core legal department with managing contract lifecycles, performing legal research, and organizing compliance records. Duties include drafting, reviewing, and tracking commercial instruments such as non-disclosure agreements, service contracts, and data processing agreements while ensuring all key renewal dates are monitored. Participants will gain direct exposure to corporate legal operations and collaborate closely with leadership, product development, and commercial divisions. The role offers practical experience in handling real-world contract negotiations and communicating legal requirements effectively to diverse business stakeholders.
