Candidates must be fluent in specific regional languages including Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, or Marathi to handle practical assignments effectively. The internship includes a progressive monthly stipend, starting at ₹5,000 for the first month, increasing to ₹10,000 in the second month, and reaching ₹15,000 in the final month. Successfully converted associates can earn up to ₹25,000 monthly.
