About the role: - Analyze business data and product performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop insights from user behavior and market research to inform product strategy - Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams to translate requirements into actionable recommendations - Track and monitor key performance indicators across product features and initiatives - Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders - Support hypothesis testing and A/B testing initiatives to validate product decisions What you'll work on: - Building frameworks to measure product success and user satisfaction - Identifying gaps between customer needs and current product capabilities - Documenting user workflows and pain points through research and data analysis - Recommending feature enhancements and product roadmap priorities based on evidence - Working with cross-functional teams on product launches and feature rollouts What we're looking for: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency with data analysis tools and SQL - Clear communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling large datasets - Interest in understanding customer needs and translating them into product improvements
