About the role: - Foster Agile practices and Scrum ceremonies across engineering and cross-functional teams - Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to maximize team efficiency - Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress and delivery - Coach team members on Scrum principles, mindset, and continuous improvement - Support backlog refinement and help prioritize work to align with business goals What you'll work on: - Administer and optimize Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project management platforms for team workflows - Analyze technical and process bottlenecks, diagnose root causes, and drive structured solutions - Create clear documentation, status reports, and metrics using GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini - Bridge communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders across distributed regions - Mentor team members in Agile mindset and help embed best practices into daily operations What you'll need: - 1–2 years of experience in Agile-focused environments with a minimum of 1+ year as a hands-on Scrum Master - Deep practical knowledge of Scrum frameworks, Agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, and team dynamics - Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile collaboration tools - Ability to debug technical and process issues using structured problem-solving approaches - Excellent written and spoken communication for diverse audiences - Background in system analysis, software development, or Computer Science/Engineering education - Comfort using generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for workflow automation, documentation, and reporting Good to know: - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus - Experience with e-commerce platforms or retail technology ecosystems is valued
