About the role: - Develop and deliver training programs for the sales team - Create instructional materials and learning resources - Monitor training effectiveness and participant progress - Support sales staff in developing their skills and capabilities What you'll do: - Design curriculum and training content aligned with sales goals - Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions - Assess training needs across the sales organization - Evaluate training outcomes and adjust programs based on feedback - Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps - Maintain training documentation and records What they're looking for: - Experience in training, instructional design, or sales enablement - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to engage diverse audiences - Proficiency with training platforms and learning management systems - Understanding of sales processes and best practices - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Good to know: - Based in Bangalore - Full-time position
