Team Lead - Senior Manager

About the role: - You'll oversee all aspects of warehouse operations from goods receiving through final shipment, managing inbound logistics, storage systems, order processing and outbound dispatch as an integrated whole - You'll lead and motivate large operations teams, setting performance standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability - You'll ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures, quality protocols, food safety regulations and workplace safety standards across all activities - You'll monitor and optimize key metrics including order turnaround time, team productivity, inventory shrinkage, product wastage and overall operational expenses - You'll maintain inventory integrity through accurate tracking, proper FIFO/FEFO rotation and reliable order fulfillment from receipt to customer dispatch - You'll coordinate cross-functionally with supply chain, logistics, procurement and quality assurance teams to align warehouse operations with broader business objectives What we're looking for: - 2–9 years of hands-on experience in motherhub operations, warehouse management or FMCG operations environments - Demonstrated ability to lead and scale operations teams while maintaining high performance standards - Strong grasp of inventory management systems, logistics workflows and food safety compliance requirements - Track record of driving measurable improvements in cost efficiency, productivity and operational reliability
