About the role: - Build server-side applications and components using Java within a collaborative development environment - Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to object-oriented design principles - Participate in code reviews and learn from senior developers' feedback - Debug and troubleshoot application issues across the stack What we're looking for: - Solid grasp of Core Java fundamentals and object-oriented programming concepts - Practical experience or coursework in SQL and relational database design - Ability to think through problems methodically and devise logical solutions - Clear communicator who can articulate ideas and ask questions when stuck - Genuine interest in growing your skills in software development and taking on increasing responsibility About you: - You learn quickly and embrace feedback as part of your development - You're excited about the prospect of a full-time career in software engineering - You can work effectively as part of a team while also managing your own tasks
