Product Enablement Intern / Fresher

About this role

About the role: - You will create working demonstrations of zeapl.ai's product for prospects, partners and internal stakeholders. - You will lead training sessions to help both internal teams and external customers navigate the platform and maximize its potential. - You will author clear, comprehensive documentation covering product features, workflows and best practices. - You will partner with teams across the company to ensure they have the knowledge and resources needed to represent the product effectively. What you'll work on: - Designing and building demos that showcase key capabilities and solve real customer problems. - Planning and delivering training programs tailored to different audiences and use cases. - Writing guides, FAQs, tutorials and reference materials that make the product accessible to new users. - Gathering feedback from trainees and customers to identify gaps and improve enablement materials. - Collaborating with product, sales and customer success teams to stay current on features and messaging. What we're looking for: - 0–1 year of experience. - Excellent written and spoken communication that makes complex ideas simple and clear. - Strong logical reasoning and the ability to break down problems into steps. - Genuine enthusiasm for learning new tools, concepts and ways of working. - Comfort working across teams and presenting to groups of varying technical backgrounds.
