About the role: - Work on product strategy and development initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to shape features and user experiences - Participate in user research activities and analyze product usage data to uncover insights that drive decision-making - Help prioritize features based on user needs and business impact, learning how to balance competing demands - Build and run experiments to test new ideas, with support to independently explore AI tools and emerging technologies What we're looking for: - Solid grasp of how products move from concept through launch, including understanding user journeys and how to rank features by value - Experience or coursework in product management fundamentals and product analytics - Comfort with user research methodologies and the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations - Problem-solving orientation paired with analytical thinking skills - Clear communicator who can explain ideas logically to both technical and non-technical audiences - Mindset that puts customer needs at the center of every decision - Familiarity with AI tools and genuine interest in experimenting with them to prototype and validate concepts - Hunger to learn in a dynamic environment and take ownership of building and testing new solutions Good to know: - This internship comes with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role based on performance
