About the role: - You will take full responsibility for delivering analytical insights and solutions that drive business decisions and operational improvements. - Your approach will center on building efficient processes that maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency across all data work. - You'll develop and monitor KPIs that track performance across the business, translating raw data into actionable metrics for stakeholders. - You'll work with spreadsheet tools to organize, clean, and analyze datasets, creating reports and dashboards that inform strategy. What we're looking for: - Demonstrated ability to own projects end-to-end and see them through to completion without requiring constant supervision. - Strong analytical thinking paired with creativity in solving complex business problems from multiple angles. - Hands-on expertise with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization. - Comfort working in a dynamic startup setting where priorities shift, workloads vary, and you must adapt quickly. - A mindset that values process improvement and building sustainable, scalable ways of working.
