Procurement Intern (Analyst)

About the role: - Support the procurement team in vendor sourcing, evaluation, and relationship management across various supplier categories - Maintain and update procurement records, trackers, and documentation with precision to ensure data accuracy - Assist in shipment tracking, delivery coordination, and inventory monitoring to support smooth material flow - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and keep operations on track - Prepare reports, analyze supplier performance, and help identify cost-saving opportunities - Handle purchase orders, quotations, and communications with vendors What we're looking for: - Proficiency in MS Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and tracker maintenance - Strong verbal and written communication for smooth coordination with vendors and teams - Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to follow up on tasks independently - Attention to detail in record-keeping and careful handling of documentation - Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities - Basic knowledge of logistics, including shipment tracking, delivery coordination, and inventory management - Foundational familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Zoho, or Oracle Who can apply: - Graduates or current students in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, Commerce, or related disciplines - Freshers with no prior experience are encouraged to apply - Previous internship experience in procurement, logistics, inventory, or vendor management is valued
