About the company: - VIVATRONIX Tech works with rehabilitation technologies, including xStep and Wandercraft, and focuses on helping people learn about these solutions. About the role: - Support the company's marketing activities, social media presence and customer relationship management. - Help more people discover its rehabilitation products while maintaining communication with potential customers. What you'll do: - Organise social media content schedules for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube. - Develop graphics, carousel posts and other visual materials to communicate product information. - Edit reels, product demonstrations and promotional videos using Canva and video editing software. - Photograph and record rehabilitation technologies to create content for marketing campaigns. - Help promote xStep, Wandercraft and the company's other rehabilitation solutions. - Handle enquiries from interested customers and help maintain communication between them and the internal team. - Support CRM activities by keeping prospective customers engaged and their enquiries organised. What we're looking for: - Someone who can develop creative ideas for social media and marketing content. - Strong organisational skills to manage content planning and multiple marketing activities. - A proactive approach to content production, customer communication and day-to-day tasks. - Ability to work with Canva and video editing tools. Good to know: - The internship is based at the company's Bengaluru office. - The work combines digital marketing, content creation and customer relationship management.
