About Vera Solutions: Vera Solutions is seeking an ambitious and organized Product Intern to join our team for a year-long engagement. What you'll work on: - Author and maintain product documentation including manuals, guides, and operational procedures - Conduct research into product capabilities, industry dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes - Contribute to feature conceptualization and the creation of design mockups alongside senior team members - Develop user stories, one-pagers, and product requirement documents (PRDs) - Troubleshoot product issues and facilitate communication across teams - Organize meeting logistics by drafting agendas and recording notes What we're looking for: - A graduate holding a Bachelor's degree in any discipline - Demonstrated interest in the technology sector - Clear and articulate communication abilities, both written and spoken - Hands-on command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Readiness to commit to a full year of focused work in this role It helps if you have: - Experience working on technical projects during your college years or personal ventures - Working knowledge of at least one of these tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, Figma, or artificial intelligence platforms About the role: As a Product Intern, you will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, learning how products evolve from idea to market. You will work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to understand customer pain points, document features, and shape the direction of our offerings. This year-long placement offers deep exposure to product thinking, research methodologies, and the tools teams use to collaborate at scale. You will strengthen your ability to translate complex ideas into clear documentation and actionable briefs, skills that form the foundation of product careers.
