About the company: - Valura.ai is building out its structured products desk and seeks interns passionate about finance and product development to collaborate closely with founders What you'll work on: - Developing and refining structured financial products alongside core team members - Contributing to product strategy and implementation in a rapidly moving environment - Taking ownership of meaningful projects that directly impact the business - Working across finance and product domains to understand market needs and build solutions What you'll gain: - Hands-on experience in financial product development from the ground up - Mentorship and knowledge transfer directly from the founding team - Exposure to how structured products are designed, priced and brought to market - Real responsibility with the chance to see your work shape the company's direction What we're looking for: - Intellectual curiosity about finance, markets and product building - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting - Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to tackle complex challenges - Initiative to learn quickly and adapt in an early-stage environment
