About the role: - Shape user experiences by creating thoughtful interfaces and interactions that solve real problems for our users - Work with product and engineering teams to understand user needs and translate them into compelling design solutions - Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across our products - Take ownership of design decisions and champion user-centered approaches throughout the development process What we're looking for: - 2+ years of experience in UI/UX or interaction design - Demonstrated ability to take complicated challenges and reduce them to clear, elegant solutions - Hands-on expertise with Figma and established design system practices - A portfolio that showcases your design thinking and problem-solving approach - Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders - Collaborative mindset with genuine enthusiasm for receiving and acting on feedback - Self-directed work style with initiative to drive projects forward and take accountability for outcomes
