About this role
About the role: - Partner with the product team to draft product requirements documents, detailed user stories, and comprehensive feature specifications. - Execute functional testing across the platform, validate user interface elements, and perform regression testing to catch issues before release. - Document and monitor identified bugs and technical issues through their complete resolution cycle. - Research competing products in the healthcare space to identify market trends and differentiation opportunities. - Track and analyze product usage metrics to understand user behaviour and inform product decisions. What you'll work on: - Healthcare technology products that connect patients with medical services and information. - Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams. - Gathering and synthesizing user feedback to shape product direction. - Building dashboards and reports to communicate product performance to stakeholders. - Iterating on product features based on testing results and user insights.
