About the role: - You will work on business analysis tasks under mentorship, assisting in gathering and documenting business requirements from clients and stakeholders - You will support the coordination between technical teams and business units to ensure software implementations align with organisational needs - You will participate in process analysis and help identify opportunities for improvement across business workflows - You will assist in preparing documentation, reports, and presentations on findings and recommendations What you'll work on: - Learning how to translate business needs into technical specifications that development teams can execute - Shadowing and supporting experienced analysts in client meetings and requirement-gathering sessions - Building familiarity with software implementation cycles and best practices in business analysis - Documenting processes, workflows, and system functionalities for reference and training What we're looking for: - Graduate or final-year student in BCA, MCA, or B.Tech - Strong ability to think logically and solve problems systematically - Comfort communicating clearly in both written and spoken English - Familiarity with or willingness to quickly learn MySQL and database concepts - Interest in business analysis as a career path - Enthusiasm for understanding how software serves real business goals - Ability to work well in teams and take on feedback constructively - Proactive mindset and genuine desire to expand your technical and analytical knowledge Good to know: - Local candidates are preferred - Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits is advantageous
