Software Engineering Intern

About this role

About the role: - Participate in full-stack development initiatives alongside experienced engineers and researchers - Work on projects that span frontend and backend systems in a production environment - Contribute code, architecture decisions, and technical solutions to live systems What you'll work on: - Build and maintain features across the complete application stack - Create clear, maintainable documentation for the systems and code you develop - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other non-technical team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions - Ship features and improvements to production where they reach real users What we're looking for: - Experience shipping complete projects or features in a production setting - Ability to write code that others can understand and build upon - Comfort working across multiple layers of an application (frontend, backend, databases) - Strong communication skills for working with teams outside engineering - Experience contributing to open-source projects - Exposure to GovTech or HealthTech domains - Familiarity with compliance frameworks including DPDP, RBI, and ABDM standards Note: Email with role title in subject line, resume, GitHub or portfolio links, and two paragraphs on a production system you shipped (the problem, your contribution, and what you would improve today).
