About the role: - Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into actionable solutions for stakeholders - Gather and document functional specifications from clients and internal teams to support product development and system enhancements - Work with cross-functional teams to assess impact of proposed changes and ensure alignment across departments - Create reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences What we're looking for: - 1–4 years of professional experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related field - Proven track record working directly with international clients across different markets and time zones - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly - Strong stakeholder management capabilities; experience building relationships and managing expectations across multiple levels - Comfort gathering requirements through interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and logical problem-solving approach How to apply: - Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days are preferred
