About this role
About the role: - You will partner with the team to implement technology and data infrastructure spanning retail channels, the e-commerce platform, and back-end operations - You will architect and launch new systems during the company's early-stage expansion, often starting from first principles - You will examine existing workflows critically, surface inefficiencies, and propose better approaches - You will identify gaps, develop solutions, and drive implementation with minimal oversight What you'll work on: - Setting up data pipelines and technology stacks that connect front-end customer touchpoints with operational systems - Designing processes and frameworks for teams that previously lacked formal structures - Troubleshooting operational bottlenecks and translating findings into concrete improvements - Owning projects end-to-end, from problem definition through rollout and iteration What we're looking for: - A knack for breaking down complex challenges and finding workable solutions - Comfort taking ownership of tasks and pushing them forward without constant direction - Genuine interest in understanding how systems work and why they matter - Eagerness to build infrastructure and processes in an environment where nothing exists yet
