About this role
About the role: - Design products from conception through launch, working across discovery, wireframing, prototyping and high-fidelity design - Collaborate with engineering, product management and stakeholders to translate user needs into intuitive interfaces - Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions - Own the visual design language and ensure consistency across all product touchpoints - Create design systems and component libraries that scale across multiple products - Present design rationale to cross-functional teams and lead design reviews What we're looking for: - Minimum 3+ years of hands-on product design experience - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design - Portfolio demonstrating successful product design work from problem definition to shipped outcomes - Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple design initiatives simultaneously - Clear communication skills and comfort presenting ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
