About this role
About the role: - Deploy and maintain engineering systems across client sites and production environments - Work directly with customers to understand their technical needs and troubleshoot complex issues - Bridge the gap between product development and real-world implementation What you'll work on: - Media generation pipelines, including architecture, optimization and scaling - Multi-agent orchestration systems that coordinate distributed processes - Integration of these systems into customer workflows and infrastructure - Diagnosing and resolving issues that arise in deployed environments - Collaborating with remote teams to iterate on solutions based on field feedback What we're looking for: - 3+ years of experience building and working with media generation pipelines - Demonstrated expertise in multi-agent orchestration frameworks and patterns - Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in unfamiliar environments - Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders - Self-directed approach to learning new systems and technologies on the job
