About the role: - Lead engineering efforts on systems that generate and manage media through sophisticated multi-agent workflows - Guide technical strategy and architectural decisions for media generation platforms - Mentor and grow a team of engineers working on complex distributed systems - Drive quality and reliability across media pipeline infrastructure What you'll work on: - Building and scaling media generation pipelines that handle diverse content types and formats - Designing multi-agent orchestration systems that coordinate complex workflows - Improving system performance, fault tolerance, and operational stability - Collaborating with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions - Establishing best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment What we're looking for: - 6+ years of experience with deep expertise in media generation pipelines and multi-agent orchestration - Strong foundation in distributed systems architecture and design patterns - Proven ability to lead technical teams and make sound architectural decisions - Experience building or working with systems that process, transform, or generate media at scale
