What we're looking for: - A mindset that asks questions, spots opportunities, and proposes solutions without waiting to be told. - Genuine desire to learn new tools, languages, and frameworks as the work demands. - Drive to experiment with approaches and see ideas through to completion. - Willingness to take full ownership of the products you build, not just write code. - Comfort with uncertainty and a track record of delivering despite incomplete information.
