About the role: - Join the eDiagnostics Growth team at Tata 1mg Labs as a Business Analyst / Program Manager focused on driving growth - Partner with P&L and cross-functional teams to unlock and execute the next phase of expansion - Own business problems end-to-end, from hypothesis to implementation and measurement What you'll work on: - Analyse the full growth funnel to spot new opportunities in customer acquisition and conversion - Develop strategies to increase repeat purchases and cross-sell value in the retention phase - Build and test growth hypotheses using structured analytical frameworks - Write SQL queries and build Excel models to extract insights from large datasets - Design and monitor city and channel-level performance dashboards tracking Orders, AOV, CAC, Conversion Rate and Attach Rate - Translate analytical findings into concrete, well-scoped initiatives with assigned owners and measurable success criteria - Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Data/BI and Category teams to execute recommendations What we're looking for: - 0–2 years of experience solving data-driven business problems (internships included) - Fluent in SQL with confidence to work independently on complex datasets - Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong quantitative problem-solving ability - Solid grasp of unit economics fundamentals: CAC, LTV, AOV and Contribution Margin - Sharp business instinct and ability to structure ambiguous problems - Drive and ownership to take initiatives from conception through completion - Clear communication style whether presenting to execution teams or senior leadership - Comfort operating in uncertain environments and defining problems from first principles - Undergraduate degree Good to have: - Python or Pandas experience - Tableau or similar BI platform expertise - Background in Consumer Internet, Healthcare, Diagnostics or Pharmacy sectors Note: This role is focused on growth strategy and business impact, not pure reporting or analytics.
