About the role: - Drive data-driven insights and strategic recommendations across the organization by analyzing complex business problems and identifying solutions through quantitative research - Build and maintain analytical frameworks that measure key performance indicators, track business health, and inform decision-making at multiple levels - Design and develop dashboards and visualization tools that translate data into actionable intelligence for stakeholders - Support process automation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency What we're looking for: - 2–5 years of professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical functions - Proficiency in advanced SQL, with the ability to write optimized queries and manipulate large datasets independently - Hands-on experience with Python and Pandas for data transformation, analysis, and statistical modeling - Demonstrated capability in interpreting business metrics, translating them into meaningful dashboards, and communicating findings clearly - Working knowledge of AI, ML, GenAI applications and automation tools relevant to business processes - Background from Tier 1 or Tier 2 engineering or management institutes preferred - Sharp analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems, construct hypotheses, and validate solutions using data
