About the role: - Work on data-driven problems that span analytics, machine learning, and emerging AI applications - Participate in end-to-end data projects from preparation through model development and evaluation - Collaborate with the team to translate business questions into analytical solutions What you'll work on: - Prepare and clean datasets for analysis and modeling - Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and insights - Build and evaluate machine learning models - Write clear code and document your work for team review What we're looking for: - Strong command of Python and SQL for data manipulation and querying - Working knowledge of Pandas and NumPy for data handling - Understanding of foundational statistics and machine learning concepts - Ability to tackle data cleaning tasks and perform exploratory analysis - Clear communication when presenting findings and reasoning through problems Good to have: - Hands-on experience with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch - Exposure to large language models, prompt engineering techniques, or retrieval-augmented generation - Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control - Prior projects in data analysis, machine learning, or generative AI applications
