Associate Product Manager

About the role: - Work on product strategy, feature prioritization, and cross-functional execution for a B2B platform - Drive product analytics and data-driven decision-making to shape product direction - Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver user-focused solutions - Author and maintain product requirement documents that guide development and stakeholder alignment What you'll work on: - Analyzing market and user data to identify opportunities and validate product hypotheses - Managing the product roadmap and defining success metrics for features and initiatives - Translating business requirements into clear technical specifications using SQL for data exploration - Coordinating across teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of product releases What we're looking for: - Proficiency in product analytics and the ability to extract insights from user behavior and business metrics - Strong foundation in product management principles and the product development lifecycle - Hands-on SQL skills to query databases and conduct independent data analysis - Demonstrated ability to write clear, comprehensive product requirement documents - Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field - Experience working within Agile or Scrum frameworks - Background with B2B SaaS or marketplace platforms
