About the role: - You'll work on developing and enhancing software features, participating in the full lifecycle from design through testing and deployment. - You'll write clean, maintainable code following best practices and contribute to collaborative code reviews. - You'll troubleshoot technical issues, debug applications, and propose optimizations to improve system performance. - You'll work with mentors to learn industry-standard development practices and tools used in professional environments. What we're looking for: - Graduation with a minimum score of 75%. - Solid grasp of algorithmic thinking and ability to tackle complex technical challenges systematically. - Hands-on experience with at least one of: JavaScript, Java, C++, Python, or C#. - Comfort using AI-assisted development tools to work more efficiently without compromising your grasp of core programming concepts. - Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a collaborative team setting.
