About the role: - As an Analyst Associate, you will support analytical and operational initiatives across business functions, handling data review, process documentation, and report preparation - Your day-to-day work includes analyzing business information, identifying patterns, assisting with problem resolution, and contributing to process improvements - You will collaborate with senior team members to gather requirements, organize findings, and present insights clearly to stakeholders What we're looking for: - Fresh graduates or final-year students eligible for FY'26 hiring - Candidates holding relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degrees - Strong verbal and written communication ability - Solid analytical and problem-solving mindset - Comfort with MS Office tools and standard computer applications - Willingness to grow through learning and development - Ability to work effectively in team settings and collaborate across departments - Flexibility and openness to taking on varied tasks - Basic technical proficiency - Interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Good to know: - This is a full-time position based in Chennai - You must be willing to work from our Chennai location
