Product Design (UX) Intern

About this role

About the role: - Design intuitive user flows and visual hierarchies that guide people through products with clarity and thoughtfulness - Refine interface details such as unnecessary steps, label clarity, and how transitions between screens feel to the user - Translate loose concepts and sketches into polished, considered design solutions - Partner with the team to challenge briefs when they lack clarity, asking why decisions are made the way they are - Explore how AI can be integrated into your design process to improve and speed up your work What we're looking for: - You think about how a product behaves and feels, not just how it appears visually - You catch small friction points: redundant interactions, confusing wording, rough handoffs - You're drawn to understanding the intent behind design choices and you're comfortable pushing back on unclear direction - You can work through ambiguity without needing everything spelled out upfront - You're interested in AI as a design tool and have begun experimenting with it Nice to have: - Hands-on experience writing HTML and CSS or working with React
