Requirements: - Proof of work is a must - Prior internships as product designer / Strong design portfolio - Someone who would love to build a true Ed-tech with us and cruise in a fast-pace environment - Asks right Product questions to understand problem statement deeply - Can dig deep to understand target audience - Can make workflows by understanding different cohorts of this audience Bonus Skills: - Basic motion designs using https://jitter.video, Rive.app - Strong match: If you have worked on deeper workflows of gamification, learning, personalisation, habit building or related apps - Important: We thrive on smooth communication, ownership and agility. It's a must
