About the role: - Shape feature definitions, user narratives, and strategic priorities across the product roadmap - Work closely with engineering, design, and operations to deliver products within planned timelines - Study user behavior, conversion patterns, and key metrics to drive product improvements What you'll work on: - Building products in fintech, with exposure to payments, banking, and lending domains - Translating customer needs and data insights into clear product direction - Collaborating across functions to move from strategy through launch - Identifying friction in user flows and testing solutions to boost engagement and retention What we're looking for: - 1–2 years of product management experience - Genuine interest in fintech, payments, banking, and lending - Strong ability to analyze data and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - A mindset focused on solving user problems and measuring impact
