Trainee Software Engineer

About this role

About the role: - Build and support applications across open-source enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, and project management systems - Convert business processes into working software with the help of AI coding agents like Claude Code - Contribute to user interface design, quality assurance, system integration, and go-live activities - Create and refine user documentation while enhancing overall system stability and performance What you'll work on: - Hands-on development using modern AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate delivery - End-to-end software delivery from requirements translation through testing and release - Bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation - Documentation that helps users succeed with the platforms you build What we're looking for: - B.E./B.Tech degree in Computer Engineering - Proven hands-on experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code through projects, coursework, or prior internships - Skill in crafting effective prompts and working with AI tools to solve problems - Competence in user interface design principles and quality assurance techniques - Ability to think analytically, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work - Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems, customer relationship management platforms, or agentic AI approaches (preferred but not required) - Experience or comfort with locally-hosted artificial intelligence systems is a plus Note: Subject: Application – Trainee Engineer.
