About the role: - Build and ship production-grade applications powered by large language models, owning the entire technology stack from user interface through backend systems - Design and implement APIs, database schemas, and third-party integrations that serve LLM applications at scale - Translate product vision into working systems by combining deep technical skills with understanding of real user needs - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth as you develop features What you'll work on: - Full-stack development across frontend, backend, database, and integration layers - Architecture and implementation of systems that handle multimodal inputs and outputs - Long-running agent systems that operate autonomously over extended periods - AI evaluation frameworks and infrastructure to measure model and product performance - Real-world product iterations informed by direct observation of user behavior What we're looking for: - Minimum 4 years of professional software engineering experience - Proven track record of shipping production LLM products to real users - Demonstrated ability to own full-stack development end-to-end - Strong product intuition paired with skills in user research and observation - Experience with multimodal systems is a significant advantage - Background in long-running agents or mentoring is highly valued - Familiarity with building AI evaluation infrastructure is a plus
