Program Operations Intern

About the role: - Join the Program Operations team and help ensure learner programs run smoothly. - The internship focuses on program execution, learner experience and continuous operational improvement. - The role combines data analysis, process improvement and cross-functional coordination. What you'll work on: - Support daily program and learner operations. - Track learner engagement and attendance across programs. - Monitor assignments, assessments and certification progress. - Analyse operational data to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities. - Build reports, trackers and dashboards for monitoring program performance. - Identify operational bottlenecks and contribute to process improvements. - Support automation initiatives that make workflows more efficient. - Collaborate with Academic, Career, Community, Product and other internal teams. - Help execute learner campaigns, events and other initiatives. - Support new program launches and related operational activities. What we're looking for: - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability is expected. - Candidates should be comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets. - Good communication and stakeholder-management skills are required. - High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership are important. - Applicants should be able to work independently while managing multiple priorities. - A proactive mindset and willingness to identify problems and drive solutions are valued. Good to have: - Basic SQL knowledge is useful. - Experience with Power BI or Tableau is considered beneficial. - Familiarity with automation or Google Apps Script is a plus. - Previous exposure to operations, program management or EdTech is also useful. - The internship provides hands-on experience in learner operations, data analysis, process improvement, automation and cross-functional collaboration while solving real operational problems.
