About this role
About the role: - 6-month internship designing user interfaces and experiences for Salesforce's cloud products - Work on real projects across web, mobile and tablet platforms for Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Public Sector Cloud and B2C experiences - Partner with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to solve complex UX design problems - Participate in user research and testing to validate design decisions What you'll do: - Develop and iterate on application interfaces working closely with product and engineering teams - Communicate design vision to stakeholders across disciplines - Contribute to design systems and establish new interface guidelines - Build partnerships across Design, Product, Engineering and Marketing to identify opportunities for new products and features - Work in a fast-paced, agile environment delivering polished products under tight deadlines What they're looking for: - Degree in design or related field (M.Des) - Portfolio demonstrating experience designing products in cross-functional teams from concept to launch - Proficiency with design tools: Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator - Strong understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices - Ability to use analytics and user research to guide design decisions - Self-motivated, strong communicator, skilled at influencing others and building consensus - Experience with design systems preferred - Experience with CRM or enterprise software preferred - Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and agentic tools (Gemini, Cursor or similar) Good to know: - Based in Hyderabad or Bangalore - Open to graduates from the 2027 batch only
