About the role: - Analyze business data and metrics to support strategic decision-making across the organization - Work with databases and datasets to extract, clean, and prepare information for analysis - Create dashboards, reports, and visual presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions What you'll work on: - Building analytical models and conducting quantitative analysis using available tools and methodologies - Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear written reports and verbal discussions - Supporting business improvement initiatives by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities in organizational data What we're looking for: - Proficiency with Excel and experience in SQL - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically about business challenges - Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the capability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences - B.Tech, BE, or B.Tech/BE combined with an MBA degree Good to know: - Experience with R, Python, or Tableau will strengthen your application - The selection process includes resume screening, an online assessment, and 2–3 technical interview rounds - This internship offers the possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on performance
