About the role: - Help shape user experiences by contributing to design decisions across RevRag AI's product suite - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand user needs and translate them into compelling interface solutions - Participate in research activities, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design direction - Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups that communicate design concepts to stakeholders What you'll work on: - Designing intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications - Iterating on existing features based on user feedback and performance metrics - Documenting design systems and maintaining consistency across products - Supporting the team through design sprints and rapid prototyping cycles What we're looking for: - Strong grasp of UX/UI principles and design fundamentals - Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms - Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to non-designers - Curiosity about user behavior and willingness to learn from data - Portfolio demonstrating previous design work or academic projects - Self-directed approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Good to know: - For the complete job description and specific details, visit: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lE8edsv8229_-GUIqMtU9gUEnnGU3Ohh/view
