About the role: - Translate complex business challenges into functional AI-driven applications - Architect and implement agent-based systems and workflows - Own the complete development journey from design through deployment to production - Manage both backend infrastructure and frontend interfaces alongside data engineering and deployment logistics What you'll work on: - Evaluating and selecting the right AI models for specific problems - Hands-on experimentation with model performance, testing frameworks, and technical tradeoffs - Building and iterating on AI agents and agentic workflow systems - End-to-end ownership of features across the full stack What we're looking for: - 0–4 years of experience, or a demonstrable portfolio of AI projects - Practical experience building AI agents or agentic workflows - Comfort diving deep into model testing and evaluating technical choices - Initiative to learn and test emerging AI models and approaches - Drive to take full responsibility for shipping features from start to finish
