About the role: - You will examine business data to uncover patterns and insights that drive strategic decisions - You will develop reports and dashboards that present findings in clear, actionable formats - You will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their analytical needs - You will enable teams across the organization to make decisions grounded in data rather than assumptions What you'll work on: - Querying databases and performing data analysis using SQL to extract and manipulate datasets - Writing Python scripts to automate analysis, clean data, and build analytical workflows - Translating business questions into analytical frameworks and delivering insights that inform strategy - Creating visualizations and reports that communicate data findings to non-technical audiences - Collaborating with product, operations and leadership teams to support their analytical requirements What we're looking for: - Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a data or analytical role - Proficiency in SQL for database queries and complex data manipulation - Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis and automation - Ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels - Logical thinking and attention to detail when working with datasets Good to know: - This role is based in Bangalore and candidates must be located there
