About the role: - Support Quest Global's recruitment team as the organization expands its talent acquisition efforts - Participate in end-to-end recruiting processes from candidate sourcing through placement - Contribute to building pipelines of qualified candidates across various roles and departments What you'll work on: - Screening resumes and initial candidate communications - Assisting with job postings, candidate outreach, and interview coordination - Learning recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent assessment methods - Building relationships with potential candidates and understanding their career goals - Supporting the team with administrative tasks related to hiring and candidate management What we're looking for: - Freshers or those with up to 1 year of professional experience - Strong ability to communicate clearly with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues - Genuine interest in learning recruitment and talent acquisition practices - Enthusiasm for growing your career in the HR and staffing domain - Openness to feedback and commitment to developing new skills on the job Note: Contact: Kanishka L.
