Founder's Office Intern (Product Management / Data Analyst)

About the role: - Support the founder's office by gathering, analyzing, and presenting data that shapes product decisions - Bridge product strategy and execution by synthesizing complex information into actionable recommendations - Contribute to product roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategy - Conduct user research, synthesize feedback, and translate insights into product specifications - Own analytics projects end-to-end, from defining success metrics to delivering findings What you'll work on: - Building dashboards and running analyses to track product performance and user behavior - Documenting requirements, user stories, and design specifications for product teams - Researching market trends, competitor activity, and user needs in fintech or consumer apps - Testing AI workflows and tools to identify opportunities for operational improvement - Collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams on cross-functional initiatives - Preparing reports and presentations for leadership review and decision-making What we're looking for: - Currently in your final year of an undergraduate or postgraduate program, or a recent graduate - Academic background in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Design, or quantitative fields - Proficiency with spreadsheets and comfort learning basic data analysis - Strong ability to write clearly and communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences - Self-directed, organized, and comfortable making decisions with incomplete information - Genuine interest in AI tools and how they can streamline work - Based in India and available to work full-time or near full-time for 3–6 months in IST Bonus experience: - Previous internship in a startup, consulting firm, product team, analytics function, or strategy role - Led a personal project, campus organization, or research initiative with clear accountability - Written product specifications, conducted user interviews, or launched a product or feature - SQL, Python, or business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Looker - Figma, Canva, or basic programming experience - Background or passion in fintech, consumer applications, or personal finance
