About the role: - Join Protega as a full-time UI/UX Designer, contributing to the design and user experience of our digital products from day one - Take ownership of interface design projects, translating product requirements into intuitive, visually compelling user experiences - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine designs based on feedback and usability insights - Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that guide development and inform stakeholder decisions What we're looking for: - A fresher with a demonstrated passion for design and a portfolio showing strong visual and interaction design sensibility - Solid grasp of UX principles, including user research, information architecture, and usability best practices - Hands-on proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping work - Experience or comfort working with AI tools to enhance design workflows and explore new design possibilities - Ability to balance aesthetic vision with functional requirements and user needs Note: Mumbai-based candidates only
