About the role: - You will develop and maintain a database of candidates across technical and non-technical skill sets - Your work involves identifying talent fit by evaluating profiles against role requirements, geographic preferences, and compensation expectations - You will manage the intake of applicant information and ensure data accuracy throughout the process What you'll work on: - Processing candidate submissions through structured intake forms - Reviewing resumes and professional backgrounds to build a comprehensive talent repository - Matching qualified individuals to job openings that align with their skills and career goals - Organizing candidate information by specialization, location, and salary expectations - Maintaining data quality and candidate information integrity - Coordinating between candidates and hiring teams to facilitate relevant placements What we're looking for: - Attention to detail when collecting and reviewing candidate information - Ability to assess skills and experience against job requirements - Communication skills to interact with both candidates and internal teams - Organizational ability to manage multiple candidate profiles and placements - Understanding of how to match talent to opportunities across diverse roles Good to know: - Candidates should submit accurate and complete details on the application form - Your updated resume must be included with your submission - A brief statement explaining why you are a fit for positions should accompany your application - Submitted information will be used exclusively to identify and present you for relevant hiring opportunities Note: This is a referral/talent database registration; immediate opportunity may not be available
