About the role: - Analyse business problems and opportunities across India's digital payments landscape, using data to guide strategic decisions - Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand requirements, gather insights, and present findings that shape product and business direction - Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators and business metrics What you'll work on: - SQL queries to extract, transform, and prepare data for analysis - Excel modelling and financial analysis to support business cases and forecasts - Data visualization using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences - Root cause analysis of business challenges and recommendations for improvement - Cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and operations teams What we're looking for: - 2–4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or equivalent analytical role - Hands-on skill with SQL for querying databases - Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and modelling - Experience creating dashboards and visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik - Problem-solving mindset with meticulous attention to detail in analysis and reporting - Strong ability to communicate findings to both technical and business audiences - Experience in marketing analytics or adtech is a plus Note: Subject: Application for Business Analyst (2-4 Years)
