Warehouse Manager

About the role: - Oversee all warehouse operations and daily logistics activities at Peeko - Manage inventory levels, stock organization, and material movement throughout the facility - Lead warehouse staff, delegate tasks, and develop team members to maintain high performance - Establish and enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and best practices across the warehouse - Monitor key performance indicators and generate operational reports to track efficiency - Coordinate between warehouse, supply chain, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field - Proven track record in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics roles - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage warehouse teams effectively - Deep understanding of inventory control systems and warehouse management procedures - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication abilities and coordination across functions - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced operational setting Preferred qualifications: - Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems and inventory management software platforms - Knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics best practices - Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and quality management frameworks - Background in operational reporting and KPI analysis
