About this role

About the role: - You will spend three months supporting Paytm's recruitment efforts in a structured office environment, attending five days each week - Candidate sourcing forms a core part of your work, using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and various job boards to build pipelines - You will review application materials and conduct preliminary screening conversations to assess fit before candidates move forward - Scheduling and logistics fall to you: coordinating interview times between candidates and hiring teams across different regions and time zones - Creating and sharing content on LinkedIn and the careers page helps build Paytm's employer brand and attract talent - You will also ensure each candidate experiences a professional and respectful process from first contact through interview What we're looking for: - Your written and spoken communication must be clear, professional and confident across emails, calls and online platforms - Competence with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools - Discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive candidate and company information - Genuine enthusiasm for recruitment and talent acquisition, with a willingness to absorb new processes and industry knowledge - Ability to juggle multiple candidates and timelines without losing attention to detail
