About the role: - Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and architectures that support business requirements - Build and manage scalable data storage solutions - Optimize data engineering processes for performance and reliability What you'll do: - Collect and process data efficiently through well-designed pipelines - Validate and cleanse data to ensure quality and consistency - Transform data using appropriate techniques to prepare it for analysis - Work with teams across the company to understand their data needs and deliver solutions What they're looking for: - Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Good to know: - Full-time role based in Chennai - Hybrid work: 3 days in PayPal office, 2 days flexible (office or home) - No travel required
