About the role: - Analyze product requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications and business requirements documents for development teams - Design test cases and validation protocols to ensure quality across software and ERP implementations - Partner with developers throughout the build, testing, and release lifecycle to identify gaps and drive solutions - Map complex business problems into structured workflows and system processes - Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on feature scope and execution What you'll work on: - Building and maintaining documentation for functional specifications, BRDs, and test scenarios - Evaluating system design, data flows, API interactions, validation rules, and logical architecture - Supporting QA activities and coordinating between product, engineering, and business teams - Creating clarity around requirements through structured analysis and clear documentation - Working on software or ERP projects with a focus on precision and delivery What we're looking for: - 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or functional/QA roles on software or ERP initiatives - Strong analytical and logical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems - Meticulous attention to detail with a demonstrated focus on execution and delivery - Comfortable communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences and business needs to engineers - Basic grasp of APIs, system design, data flows, validations, and application logic layers - Ability to write clear, comprehensive functional specifications and test cases Preferred experience: - Hands-on experience with ERP platforms, particularly Zoho Books - Familiarity with Order-to-Cash or billing domain processes - Basic SQL knowledge for data queries and validation - Exposure to AI or automation initiatives, including document processing and workflow automation tools - Working knowledge of HTML, AI productivity tools, Excel, and analytics platforms - Shared commitment to PadCare's core values: Integrity, Entrepreneurship, Collaboration, Customer-First, and Innovation
